Why We Are Updating Our Policy

A2 is currently working with several enterprise-scale retailers whose projects require extensive customization and close technical collaboration. To ensure a stable rollout and maintain the highest service quality, we will temporarily suspend new subscriptions for certain plans and focus our resources on these ongoing deployments.

Trial accounts already in progress for Basic or Professional may continue until the end of their trial period.

What Happens Next

    We will complete the onboarding and customization work now under way, prioritizing product stability and measurable results for each client.
  • SaaS Automation Enhancements
    As internal processes mature, we plan to reopen Basic and Professional plan sign-ups in phases. Timing will be announced through our official channels.
