Service Usage
I want to use A2. How can I get started?
After signing up and completing a simple questionnaire, you can try A2-Cloud for free for 2 weeks. (Start Free Trial) If you want to use the service on-premises, please contact a2support@aiderx.io.
What’s the difference between A2 and A2-Cloud?
A2 is an on-premises service, while A2-Cloud is a SaaS (Software as a Service). You can think of A2-Cloud as delegating the installation and operation process of A2. Detailed comparisons can be found in the following documents:

A2 Service Support
When logging in as an admin, I get a warning to register a new password. What should I do?
The warning is displayed for security reasons because your current password is set to the initial password. Please change your password in the My Account menu.
My campaign has been approved and assigned to a placement, but it’s not being displayed. What should I do?
Please check the following campaign status:
- Is the campaign period included in the current time?
- Is the campaign budget set to more than 0?
The resources I created, such as campaigns or placements, are not showing up in the list. Why is that?
All resources are only visible to the individual who created them. If you are an administrator, please use the account link feature to connect the relevant account and then check.
License Management
I’ve reached my license expiration date. What should I do?
Please proceed with license renewal through the license renewal button in the settings. Then follow the subsequent process.
I’ve reached my license limit. What should I do?
- If you’ve reached the API call usage limit, all ad requests will return a 429 error. Please inquire about a license upgrade.
- When you reach the limit for the number of placements, advertiser accounts, or retailer accounts, additional creation is not possible. Please delete created resources or inquire about a license upgrade.
